Route Exhibition
This exhibition marks the most challenging and nerve-wracking experience of my degree journey. Pushing me far beyond my comfort zone, it demanded vulnerability, perseverance, and deep self-reflection. Each piece represents not only my creative growth but also the emotional hurdles I’ve overcome. Sharing this work feels both terrifying and empowering, and I am incredibly proud to finally let it speak for itself.
Echoes of the Journey
Step into a sensory experience where colour, texture, and form converge to express the full range of human emotion. This unique glass panel triptych invites you to journey through the emotional spectrum, each hue carefully chosen to resonate with a distinct feeling.
Fiery reds pulse with the intensity of anger and passion. Cool blues and tranquil greens offer moments of calm and clarity. Radiant yellows shine with joy, hope, and warmth. Together, they create a visual symphony of feeling.
The sandblasted, wave-like surface mirrors the natural rhythm of life: its rises, its falls, and the quiet moments in between. Kiln-pressed glass discs add layers of depth, with some emotions gently echoing in the background, while others lean forward or angle outward, asserting their presence with quiet boldness. This interplay reminds us that emotions, like people, can be strong, subtle, fragile, or fierce.
More than a visual piece, this panel mediates emotional honesty and resilience, inviting each viewer to find their own reflection within the glass.
